Probably the WORST dry cleaning in town (I use it often).
If you do not have a legal education and do not understand the intricacies of dry cleaning your things, you may not even try to contact here.
I handed over 2 carpets for cleaning, paid 100%, came to pick them up - and they didn’t even VACUATE them! Not that they didn't clean it. Everything is in the same form as I handed over (wool, stains).
To a fair question: why didn't they clean the carpets, they answered that I should go to reread the contract and study the nuances and differences of cleaning with chemistry and water ... I cleaned wool and stains (from paint) at home myself.
And yes, they will not give you anything on time either (as already written here), feel free to add 2 days.
