Extremely negative feelings remained from the attempt to pass 05.10, two down jackets. At first, they counted an additional percentage for the fact that the jacket was dusty, but I agreed with that. After placing the order, already at the exit, I decided to thoroughly familiarize myself with the contract and it turned out that both down jackets bought in the middle of last winter have a wear of -75%, and in the contract, clause 7 indicates that they are not responsible for such worn-out things. At 15:56, a call was made to the manager to clarify the assessment of wear, after the call I read the rules for calculating wear and tear and I called again at 15:58 there was no answer. Attempts to get through were made about 10 more times. After that, I issued a refund of funds and down jackets. Disgusting approach to service and customer service. Extremely disregarding attitude of the manager to his work.
