I agree with the previous comment. Awful workmanship. I gave it to clean the coat, returned it with the same spots on the fabric from somewhere, feathers adhered, the dry-cleaner stubbornly insisted that the cleaning was done with high quality and these spots cannot be removed already. All the same, he insisted on redoing the work and, lo and behold, the spots disappeared! It turns out that these stains could be removed after the first dry cleaning! But I can see that I had little previous experience, gave another chance to this dry-cleaner, the result of a spoiled down jacket with spots, stains and lumps. Quality is clearly not the strong point of this office.

He handed over the carpets to the dry-cleaner, two weeks later they brought him raw and with a disgusting smell. When asked what was happening, they answered that they were in a hurry to fulfill the order. It seems that the quality does not bother them at all.
