15 years I used the services of another dry cleaning. Over the years, only one gripe happened - the dress sat down. A friend advised Elite dry cleaning, saying that it would be expensive, but of high quality. She handed over dresses here twice, everything was fine. But my favorite beret sat down. I was afraid to wash it, because it is already so small. 700 rubles cleaning per beret were thrown out. I'll be back in dry cleaning, tested over the years. Why overpay twice for the same quality

I used the services of this dry cleaning twice, and both times with scandals! They cleaned a white women's down jacket with an artificial collar. For the first time, they forgot to clean the sleeves and bottom of the white down jacket! And the second time, after half a year, when we brought the same down jacket, after cleaning they gave us a washed dirty rag with a rolled-up gray unchecked collar, with dirty sleeves. And to our question why the down jacket became even dirtier than it was, they answered that they can’t wash such a down jacket; they don’t have such “some kind of special” technologies !! That is, for half a year they have lost “these technologies”! In general, the thing is spoiled! Mood too! But the price there for cleaning a down jacket is 2050 rubles (with a discount) !!! compared to other dry cleaners where 500 rubles !! Service -2 work -1 !! HORROR!!!!!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND !!!

Brought her shoes, they did not. They said first to repair then bring, they will clean them. Although it is written that the shoe repair do. I can clean myself
