In 2019 I used this institution. They gave away a jacket worth 30,000. They returned a faded, haggard thing. No longer wearable. It turned out that it could not be cleaned in dry cleaning, as indicated on it. Themselves, of course, are to blame for not having studied it in advance. But there is no hope for these "professionals" either. If you yourself do not study all the details, then they are probably even more so. When you give away an expensive thing and pay for services that are not cheap, you also throw it up for urgency, I want to believe that everything will be at the highest level. But not here.
