I really did not like this organization! I always thought that when an organization specializes in services, the main focus should be on satisfying the needs of the client, and professionalism should be in the quality of services and the minimum voltage of the client himself. And here I did not see any of the above. Now on business ... I rented a small carpet (floor) in the Soviet district. First, the wife made an order on the site, where it was promised that we would be called back to fill out the application, but it seems to be a useless service, we were not called back either this day or the next. When I called the company, they said that they would come and pick it up, well, since they didn’t clarify anything else, I think we don’t need to prepare anything, but when we arrived behind the carpet, it turns out we have to pay for it! And not just an advance payment, but the full cost of the service. It's outrageous! Not only were they not warned about this (many now do not keep cash in their pocket), they asked for the full cost, who does it? I would immediately refuse, but I was not at home, my son ran to an ATM, took money and paid, it was also stressful. Okay, they took it, they wrote out a receipt, and they said we will bring it in 2 weeks. 3 weeks pass, silence ... I call the company, they didn’t tell me anything about my carpet right away, they asked me to wait, and they said they would call me back. 3 hours have passed! Well, I think everything, they lost my carpet ... I just decided to call back, they call themselves, it's good that they found ... Well, they said that they kind of cleaned it, we will bring it tomorrow, Saturday, at about 11 o’clock (as if in the morning). Saturday is coming, I had to go to work, I told my son that I would wait. At 12 o’clock, I called them, “where is my carpet?”, They said that the car was already on my street and was about to drive up. 3 hours pass ... I call them, is it really impossible to find my house in 3 hours if the car is on my street? Well, this is a trifle, but the son is waiting, he won’t go anywhere, or maybe he agreed with someone, or maybe he’s doing business? The attitude towards the client is irresponsible! A car arrived, they called and asked, and you paid for a skid to the apartment? Then I precipitated ... It was also necessary to pay! No one even hinted about it! There are no words. They pick up for free, and pay extra already. How much then will this service pour out? In short, my son took this carpet and carried it on his hump to the 5th floor ... I came home from work, unfolded it, and was simply at a loss, firstly the carpet was so wrinkled as if it had been lying under a bunch of other things for 3 weeks, I hope to deal with the time ... I didn’t notice how clean it was in places grayish with yellowish spots, and remained. And most importantly, on the back of the sticky chewing gum! I gave it to CLEAN, not to dirty. Further, some emotions ... I cleaned this chewing gum myself, somehow, with scissors. By the way, I also noticed a moth on the same day in the room where I laid the carpet, I had never watched these moths in the apartment before, and we constantly do preventions from any “dishonesty”, coincidence? I will never turn to this dry cleaning and I will not advise others.
