We already have an "old" carpet, soon 20 years in a fairly passable place. Synthetic medium pile on a jute basis. A year ago, they brought in a dog and, as expected, there appeared fur, stains from food and ... let's call them "stains from stomach problems." I thought about throwing out the carpet altogether, but nevertheless decided to clean it first: not so expensive that in case of failure it would be upset. But the result exceeded all hopes. We cleaned 2 carpets in August. Order N226. Everything is clear: acceptance, fast 2-3 days execution (although they are guided that the completion is 5 days). How ready, they call back. Carpets are fresh. Issued packed in cellophane. Thanks for your work! I will add to what has been said: In September, we handed over another carpet (N209 dated 09/05/2020). Cleaned up perfectly! By the way, cashback was a pleasant bonus for the first review))

Carpets are washed amazingly! The first time they handed over they washed the urine of small dogs, no smell remained! The carpet is clean and dry. The second time they handed over the carpet after felt-tip pens and baby urine. Everything is clean and dry again. The price is not high, but the quality is excellent! Thanks for your hard work!

I want to thank the Chicago carpet cleaning. Today they took our order 334: a children's rug, a kitchen runner and a carpet. It's incredible, but everything is perfectly clean, the pile is fluffy, the colors have become brighter, white (which from time to time has already turned gray (((- became perfectly white, no chemical smells.
