Terrible service! We bought tickets on the website for 09/05/2020 "New Mutants" cinema in Rostov-on-Don. Bought food. (We used to buy in advance and let it pass quietly) we were not allowed to go with food, as we had fast food. They asked why it was impossible - they did not hear an adequate answer: "It is written at the checkout!" so excuse me if the site doesn't say that it's impossible with your own fast food. The administrator came. They asked her a question, the admin answered our question with a question. Ideally. They offered us to leave food at the checkout and pick it up after the film. At the same time, we were also offered to buy chips with hot sauce from THEM. Is this not fast food? What nonsense? We will not come again.

Convenient cinema room, modern equipment. We had a pleasant time watching a movie.

We were in the hall 7. The fact that during the session the lighting of the stairs remains switched on is very disturbing. The light is bright and striking when you sit in extreme places. Annoying. I ask the administration to pay attention. Otherwise, you have to make a choice in favor of other cinemas.
