In September 2019, I gave a blue coat for the cleaning process to the Diana dry cleaning branch, located at Yaroslavl Region, pos. Krasny Bor, 1. At the time of delivery, the coat was in good condition, without damage, cleaning was necessary to give a more fresh look. After the stipulated time, the cleaning was completed, and what was my surprise when, at the time I received my item, I found huge spots of stubborn chemical on the edges of the coat, as if the coat was smeared with bright blue paint. An employee of a dry cleaning service offered to hand it over for repeated cleaning. Soon, a coat was returned with a response from the technologist that the existing defects could not be eliminated. Having picked up the coat, at home I found that the cleaning itself was rather mediocre, as the remains of cat hair (my cat) were found on the coat, and the smell of my antiperspirant remained on the coat, which indicates that the cleaning was carried out poorly (or it wasn’t carried out at all), only the hem was stained with some unchecked chemistry. In general, I got my thing in a worse condition than I handed over. This is nonsense, the thing is actually spoiled. I understand that there was no point in contacting the complaint, therefore I leave a negative review. I do not recommend dry cleaning “Diana”.
