Staff where pleasant and very helpful, room was clean, bed was very comfy. Restaurant food was excellent.

Nice hotel with everything needed

It's not 5 stars hôtel! Nothing special in reception, carpet making wave in aisle, only 1 light at beginning and 1 at the end of aisle very weird to walk in aisle (maybe to save money but it's 5 stars hôtel...) in studio room, the room is big and original look,but bathroom is not nice, it's look like 2 stars hôtel... Nobody in this hotel, so no many choice for breakfast and omelette not good at all. The jacuzzi was not working for maintenance... (I was expected before come because it's Russia) but maybe to also save some money... I had problems with wifi, need to go again ask a password in reception and signal not very good in my room.. Please remove 2 or 3 stars and you will have the true! Shame on owner of this hotel, it's not honest.

as always excellent service and good food.would prefer no music at breakfast. good omlettes

Great comfy beds, great service, the hotel takes care of the guests' convenience. She took off one star for a vague and unnecessarily expensive breakfast. The cheesecakes were not edible.
