After the last incident, not a foot there: Have dry-cleaned the sofa cover. Got it in the bag. Having opened the bag at home, they found that the cover was rewound with tape. Removing the tape left marks on the fabric. They took the cover back, the receptionist accepted it, but a few days later she called and said that the dry cleaning technologist refused to clean the traces of the tape on the grounds that they "never use tape." I called the technologist, received from her a categorical undeniable opinion about her "100% certainty" of their innocence, and, accordingly, her conviction that we "did it ourselves." She offered to write a claim and they "will understand". I hoped for decency, but after such a boorish answer I took the cover, I don't want to write a claim to such a "100% confident" organization. Better somehow myself ... I do not recommend it.
