First, they sold headphones with a faulty microphone, which is why they had to wait a month for the replacement to be approved, they came to replace it, fortunately, they insisted on checking, and there were no headphones in the box! The only plus is a large selection. The staff in small stores (Beeline, connected) is much more responsive, they do their job faster.
