Today they asked for 900 rubles for dry cleaning a short coat. - ok, the price is good, but for the hair from animals (to make it clear, the sphinx cat brush did not sleep on this coat). please pay another 250. Why not 500 ??? "Or we will clean it, but leave the hair" !!! There is no limit to indignation.

Update: They called and apologized. The linen was washed. The difference was returned in cash when I took it. They also gave a coupon for a discount next time ... I don't know yet if I will use it. Although I understand that this is a human factor, but when I saw that a piece of paper with a handwritten name and address was attached to each linen with a stapler. I'm afraid to imagine how many human factors there can be in such a model of labor organization ... (Attention, cheat by weight !!! They handed in the laundry to the washerwoman, the employee dumped all the contents on the floor to count. On remarks that the floor is dirty. started talking rudely and made me weigh herself on the scales from her hands. In the end, it turned out that the scales were weighed in pounds (lb), and the employee recorded the weight in kilograms. It turns out that the price for the service more than doubles. The employee did not admit the mistake, I returned the laundry for rewashing and recalculation of the cost, and so far I have not received any answer.)
