In July, I gave Gucci shoes for restoration and scratched the nose. Now is September 14th .... (🥿 haven't given it back yet) and all this time they repainted and damaged my shoes more than once 🤬. You can endlessly enumerate the pritenzii .... starting with the inverted fittings ending with the damaged sole and the paint that began to peel off immediately after 1 painting .... after they repainted the shoes 2 more times. Now the shoes are completely ruined. I do not recommend giving good shoes to this questionable dry cleaner !!!!!! And the good ones that are written here are very doubtful! Since I came there almost every 10 ... days (once again to pick up my shoes), I came across dissatisfied customers who were arguing with the receptionists. The complaint I wrote was answered - go to court.

Already more than once I bring all my shoes here, this dry cleaning of shoes is located in a shopping center next to my house, at first I came here purely by chance when I was walking around the shopping center. I went in, talked, and just agreed that I would come back the next day. I think absolutely everyone's shoes get dirty, no matter how carefully you walk, and if you are also an athlete like me, you will understand me. Shoes get dirty easily when you play basketball on the street, which is why I brought basketball shoes here for the first time. They cleaned it perfectly, I was even a little surprised, I didn't think that there was such a good result. As a result, I now wear sneakers here all the time if I need to clean it perfectly.

Забрали обувь на 14 дней, по истечению этого времени задержка выдачи составила ещё 17 дней! И это на простейшую процедуру покраска подошвы. Плюс ко всему сдавали обувь в коробке родной, подучили без. Низкий уровень сервиса, не советую

I have several pairs of sneakers that are especially dear to me, I myself am afraid to clean them so as not to spoil them. I take it to this dry cleaner, they do the job perfectly, crosses after each cleaning, like they just bought in the store. Thanks for the quality service.

I handed over my sneakers after washing in a typewriter, paint flowed on the sneakers; thought that nothing would save them. But I received perfectly clean sneakers, all the leaked paint was removed Now I advise everyone I know this dry cleaning.
