I was shocked when the receptionist began to SHAME me for the fact that my black coat, which I brought to the dry cleaners, was covered with cat hair. I delicately tried to inquire, why on earth should I carry a PURE coat, but my arguments through the wall of her indignation and arrogance did not break through ...
