I arrived in the city of Izhevsk on a business trip, promised to find an apartment in a day, described the criteria for them, promised to find them in a day, paid money as a result, and they began to send SMS with information and numbers of people who rent apartments, out of 7 for the whole day (it would be less , if I didn't call them and ask if they were moving or died) only 2 met the requirements and they did not agree to hand over for a month, so I stayed in the car overnight, the next day they dropped 1 option and I realized that it was there is nothing to catch and I had to rent a daily one myself for a month.

In short - agents are scammers! If not: We turned to search for an apartment in the city of Moscow. Arriving at the office, they showed wonderful inexpensive options from the owners according to our criteria, the friendly employee Zlata tried in every way to prove how cool they were, showing correspondence with other clients, etc. Which, in principle, should already be alarming. Further, having taken from us a certain amount, without a receipt, they promised to send options on a mobile phone. Bottom line: we could not see a single apartment, although for the sake of laughter we agreed on everything. the "Owners" always had some urgent business, they were not aware that they contacted agents. The agent girl entered the role of an individual and was looking for an apartment for herself - this was shared by one of the few talkative real owners. There were a lot of mistakes, plus the photos and addresses of the houses did not match (i.e. cool pictures, with cool balconies. The address is an old low house without balconies). Accordingly, no one will return money for their work, although there are plenty of jambs from a legal point of view. But for the sake of not such a large commission, the "deceived investors" do not want to deal with this issue, they survive on this Do not waste your time and money! And I recommend to affable employees to get an education and do decent work!

It’s a pity to put even 1 star, a terrible agency that can’t find anything at all, in no case come to their office and conclude an agreement, in the best case throw you a few options from Yule or Avito and forget about you.
