Another five kopecks: the lack of a terminal for payment by bank transfer. Extremely inconvenient. There used to be an ATM - now there is no. There are only promises about the terminal at the checkout ((( 07/24/2018: Terminal !!!! Hooray! It's comfortable. It is inconvenient to show your passport - but not critical. My head stopped hurting about how to run and withdraw cash. Well done! Author of the third year. Serviced properly. There are problems - they can always be solved. Satisfied with both the salon and the service. We continue to service the car in the post-warranty period. The second car was also driven to Autograd, having received not only comprehensive information about its condition, but also quite loyal conditions for bringing it to a standard state. The age-old question is a conflict of interests between the user and the official dealer. I was lucky - everything was exhausted three years ago. Both I and the car (s) are happy. Practice has shown that there are no unsolvable problems, and the experience and professionalism of the staff can be trusted (but sometimes checked!). 12/25/2019. We continue to service our cars in the Autograd DC. No complaints. Problems that arise are promptly resolved within the competence of the personnel. Yes, sometimes I'm objectively wrong, but a compromise is always achieved. They go to meet. This is very valuable in our difficult time! 10/06/2020 Cool! Low bow for saving the vacation again! Everything is tied to the machine - and thanks to the efforts of the service station employees, it did not disappoint !!!

I bought a Lada Vesta luxury car, the staff was friendly, the manager Sergey was with me from the beginning to the end of the purchase, answered all questions, offered discounts and dopas set what I myself wished. I'm happy with everything.

There are practically no discounts on cars. Additional discounts are also kept until the last. As a result, they left for Vesta in Yaroslavl. It turns out that the loan can be "facilitated" by supposedly mandatory articles, for example, loan insurance decreased from 110tr to 44tr. (in the same bank!) 16t discount was given for cars. Dopa on 25tr, if done independently would cost 75tr (alarm with auto start, anticorrosive bottom and hidden cavities, tinting, protection)
