11/9/2020 purchased a new Lada largus. We decided to take advantage of the loan offer with state support. We turned to the credit manager in the salon, immediately we were offered a loan on some super conditions with life insurance and a monthly payment of 11500. as a result of weekly negotiations and the manager's persuasion to apply to different banks and without insurance (maybe initially we were told that without life insurance we got approval with a monthly payment of 7360. We arrived at the deal in the morning, signed the documents, paid the down payment, compulsory insurance, and hull insurance and went to the bank to sign the loan agreement (there was no bank employee in the salon). And here is the most interesting thing, and the contract with another monthly payment is 8190. It seems like a trifle, but it is not clear how why, etc. The employees of the salon piled the blame on each other for a long time, sorted it out for a long time, held psychological conversations with us, it smells like fraud. It turns out that all the employees on the same day knew about the changes and not connections, changed documents, corresponded and exchanged documents with the bank, and they did not say a word to us as a buyer or borrower, they took an advance payment, made out insurance and not a word about the changes. We were outraged by the fact that we were going to buy a car on some conditions, but bought on completely different ones, we asked to invite a manager! The manager went, invited him, we waited. But apparently the head did not consider it necessary to resolve this issue. And he gave us a present through the manager! ATTENTION! Antiseptic and towels with fret logo. this is probably a joke! not like April 1st. in your salon, people were deceived, and you bring us an antiseptic through the sales manager. If anyone knows where to write a complaint, write in the comments, please! I will supplement the review with an answer to your comment: I did not indicate the cost of the car, it was indicated by your specialists and they submitted the order, they also offered the conditions for the transaction. And on the day when I arrived for registration, they made changes to the documents and sent them to the bank without my consent, without notifying me, and Rosgosstrakh employees confirmed this. at that moment, I applied for a comprehensive insurance and compulsory insurance policy through the same employee and made an initial contribution (on pre-agreed conditions). And after all this, I just learned that some changes had occurred. I understand for your salon the norm to change conditions without notifying the client, hoping that the documents are not checked and who will make a fuss for 1 thousand rubles in monthly payment.

Signed up on Saturday for a test drive of Vesta on the variator at 20.09 at 12-00. We arrived as a family, waited 15 minutes and left with nothing. We contacted the reception desk twice, to no avail. For a long time, we have not encountered such an attitude in salons. PS: When the review appeared, they reacted and offered in writing to take a test drive at a different time. Therefore, I will raise the estimate a little higher. PSPS: We bought another car in another showroom.

I say that I only have TO-2, I will definitely not do additional work for you, to which I heard another whining about the end of the day, the masters are tired, they can do badly, let's do it another time. It was simply outrageous, I had to drive to them for an hour and a half, I almost arrived and then they give me this, I ask why are you recording for such a time? I bought a new car Lada Vesta SV cross. They also presented new winter tires as a gift. I am very pleased with both the car dealership, with its managers, and the car !!!

Be carefull!!! Unprofessional employees, took off under the license plate number (when completing the 1st TO) the name of the city where the wife bought the car for her 30th birthday (she was also born in this city), put their Romanian advertisement with contacts there, noticed 2 months later. When communicating with employees over the phone, the complaint was not resolved (various others suggested, but not the one with which it was presented). They removed the property of his wife and did not return. We will look for other officials in the Tver region !!!
