One of the best historical places in the city , never felt not visit if I has the chance

Perfect place to enjoy a calm and lovely evening. Faces the Volga and the old bridge that makes the sunset views unforgettable.

Fundamental structure. But for some reason, like in Moscow, it is chosen by buzzer-scooters. Is this some kind of scooter joke - to ride on the obelisks of the Great Patriotic War or what?)
