As a result, shoes that were not suitable for wearing were returned.

A horrible workshop and a boorish attitude. A high price tag for which they do not do anything. Simple repairs are stretched for weeks and do not expect a call from them. You must do this yourself. They will not say when it's ready. They are fed breakfasts and refer to the high workload. In 2-3 weeks it will be found out that repair is impossible and it is necessary to change a detail and will offer an additional payment. And if suddenly you decide to return the money and tell them about it, then for 1 day they will do a minimal low-quality job, which they did not even ask for at least something to rip off from you. Although the day before they said that only replacement is possible. If you need problems, then contact them !!!
