I bought a car there in June 2020. according to the trade-in program. We agreed that the CASCO policy will be bought by me in the insurance company that I prefer. A few days later, the bank called me to find out why I didn’t take advantage of their offer and was very surprised that they announced a refusal from this bank in the salon ... they were stirring up something .. some of their schemes. The percentage on a car loan is large ... the auto appraiser is strange ... the hood and fenders of different colors says, in the photo ... although everything is the same color live, everything was painted together in one workshop by one person and one paint ... the result: arrived at 9 am behind the car, left at 20:00 ... I almost died there ... Advice to those who are just going to buy a car from any dealer - hack for a loan interest and discounts, in one place you didn't like it, go to another salon, don't take unnecessary and low-quality DOPs, demand that CASCO be yours (saving about 10,000 will be), very carefully inspect the body paintwork. People just blow the tower when buying a car, remain a cold-blooded buyer :) Manager Gulnaz is the most charming manager of car dealerships :) wishes for a car dealership: make a comfortable waiting area for customers, it is too small. You need at least a mini-cafe for customers who are waiting for the registration and delivery of the car. Vending machines with coffee and croutons will not satisfy your hunger. As a standard additional treatment, sell additional processing of the bottom and arches or additional noise reduction of the wheel arches. Put normal carpets in the salon, it's stupid to put deshman rugs for big money in the maximum configuration of the car. Don't sell unnecessary things to the client, sell him what he wants. And please check the tire pressure, all my wheels were different, one was pumped strongly (2.5 atm). Customers will be happy, positive reviews will pour in. For example, I am satisfied with only two stages: the gas stops for the hood and the signaling. Thrash rugs, threshold protection - collective farm tuning. I understand that this is a business, but the business should be with a human face, customer-oriented.

Moreover, with docks that are not suitable even for cars, since they are from another.

Today was the first MOT car that I bought from them, they met well with no complaints. The car left them on business, since there was no time to sit and wait, two hours later they called to pick up the car. The car was already in the parking lot clean, everyone said shine excellent oil changed, the inclined filter was also shorter, the inspection was carried out. I believed in a word, I hope they did everything as it should be in their conscience. Expensive of course but bearable. Thank you
