Awful, just awful! We turned to wash the carpet in the kindergarten! They brought the carpet on Friday evening, since there was no main teacher, they unrolled the carpet on Thursday, so they didn't wash it at all !!! There are no changes at all, they called, they said, the attitude towards clients is terrible, they said that they should have addressed earlier! The attitude towards the client is terrible, I do not recommend this company! It was a waste of money and time (we washed the carpet for a week), the carpet was in that condition and it was returned !!! even if you just vacuum it, it will look better than after this supposedly cleaning !!!

I liked the service of this company. I will continue to use the services of this company and recommend. I called, they answered quickly quickly by telephone, they roughly calculated the cost of the carpet and the track (which I had previously measured), on the same day we took it in the evening and brought it already washed 7 days later (having made a preliminary call that you were ready to bring it). Everything is clean, well dried, the coatings had a slight pleasant smell.
