I write a review for the first time in my life. It is a pity that it is negative. Everything is in order: They are at parking level 10, it’s not the most convenient check-in, they didn’t warn about this when they called, they returned the car in the morning and arrived in the evening after work. The car is in good condition (small spots that you can clean yourself, nothing complicated, but I wanted to get a professional service for the full dry cleaning of the car after the previous owners, because they bought a used car. The rubber bands the seals in the morning they said would be cleaned with a steam generator, in the evening they were all in the mud stains. In the backseat, the footprints of the children’s legs were still there, they remained in place, there were no spots on the passenger seat, they didn’t even open the glove compartment. For all the arguments, Adele the receptionist replied that the master did, and he already left, so come back tomorrow and we’ll finish everything. There’s no time or desire to go again and control the whole process. The seats were almost dry, the norm. Not a professional approach to customers. They do not control the work, they do not know anything about the service and responsibility. I do not recommend it!

We ordered cleaning of the seats and ceiling. The machine is of course "running" with us, two young children. In general, everything was cleared. There are a couple of spots of paint left. Minuses: 1) the master was 40-50 minutes late, 2) he didn’t even have a vacuum cleaner with him, that is, he gets all the dust inside. 3) the seats were soaking wet, and although the site says that drying is a gift !!, the master did not bother with this. Fortunately, the weather was hot, and then the car was dried for three days. Let's hope that until the end 4) the check was not given.
