There is a big problem, and as I understand it, not even in this institution, but throughout Kaliningrad, the city of a million, a beautiful city that is one of the 25 largest industrial centers in Russia. Such a "village" is going on in establishments .. Put one star, just because you can't put less, adjust your communication system. If a person pays for the entrance to this institution and he is "branded" (they put a stamp on his hand at the entrance), then this visitor has the right to visit this place, at least before the closure of this institution. This means that if he went outside to breathe, he has every right to return to this room, if only because he PAYED THE MONEY for the entrance !!! And if a person behaves adequately, then not under any circumstances, he cannot be denied. What's going on here, visitors go out, doors close and they are not allowed back. On what basis is it asked?!?! What century do you live in?!?! Collective farm! I can't find any other suitable words. When you call this institution and ask to skip back, this employee claims that due to the current situation with the coronavirus, the entrance to the institution (I want to note a half empty one) is limited. Those. The fact that you have collected money from everyone and are not letting them into establishments is the coronavirus to blame for this?!? Maybe the "collective farm" approach is to blame for this?!? And the fact that all over the world (except perhaps Africa, but even then not exactly), the doors are not closed when PAYMENT at the entrance to this institution. (and once again I note that the entrance fee, nowhere else but in the villages, is not taken!) it is not a problem of visitors, that you cannot calculate the number of visitors at the entrance, before taking a PAYMENT from them for entrance, the problem is YOUR must solve it! We live in the 21st century, we fly into space, and there is no way to normalize the entrance to the bar. Shame in one word! I hope this review will make it clear that you need to strive for the highest standards, and not crawl to the lowest. And until you change the situation, no one will change, it is for you.
