We rest on this base quite often! We come here for almost 15 years. Basically we have a rest in two-storey cottages, a big company! The base is developing, the managers are changing. The territory is well maintained, the houses are monitored. The only negative in homes, not enough cabinets and coat hooks. Clothes often lie in a bag or on the floor)) In winter it is very difficult to dry clothes, nothing is provided at all. But after all, winter holidays are skis, skates, snow slides - All this is present on the Lad. You can rent skates, clubs, skis, ice-boats and tubing. Rested this year at Christmas. I have just returned)) The mattresses on the beds are now very comfortable and soft, for which there is a separate respect! But "Cafe" left a small negative sediment ... alas ((COSMOS prices, quality of food at C grade, does not match the price. But there were times when we took complex meals, now we are trying to cook ourselves. We should bring drinking water and juices here they are really "golden." Water 1.5 liters - 105 rubles, 5 liters -350 and 400 rubles, depends on the mood of the bartender. Juice 150 rubles 1 liter. Who is warned, is armed))) The current manager should think about it . In principle, you can relax, one air is worth it. The nature here is magical! There used to be a mini zoo, now it is gone.

We rented the Kaiser house at the beginning of June 2018. Pros: The house is very clean, good furniture, there is no smell inherent in rental housing (the smell from smoking guests, dampness). Clean area with two interesting playgrounds. Very polite staff going "to meet" visitors. Cons: The wooden floors hanging on the ground floor interfere a little. Someone will definitely hit their head about them, but these are the features of this house. Unfortunately the pool didn't work. Conclusion: In my opinion, the disadvantages are not significant. I hope I will be able to visit the hostel again.
