I have been resting there for many years. The houses are old of course, but new ones are being built, but more expensive. There are beautiful landscapes, separate gazebos, places for barbecues, rabbits run freely. In general, the place is cool, if you go with children, they will love it)

Not well maintained, all overgrown. Playgrounds are broken, everything is reeling, and it looks like it will fall apart. Grass waist, nettle right on the playground, near the house. A bunch of houses almost one on another put, their appearance is ugly. The cottage is more or less decent, probably it was recently renovated ... But the dogs constantly bark, and the utility room is in the same cottage, the base personnel constantly loom, slamming the doors. Everywhere there are dry fallen branches and cones, there is probably no one to clean.

We stopped there for 5 days. We rented a summer house for 3 people. The house is in disgusting condition. Wiring to hell. We arrived with the tiles, the dibilka Natasha took it away. She was afraid that her firefighters would be pulled up for such a state of wiring. The staircase to the house was completely oval. The refrigerator makes so much noise that it is impossible to sleep, the mattresses are worn out! And the highlight of the house was that the ceiling sagged and it was sealed with tape. The staff were only alcoholics, the cleaning lady's name, I remember, was an alcoholic, and it was not clear who was carrying her bucket or who was carrying her bucket. And Vova Khanurik I am silent! ((They came to visit us in the evening, she did not let her in, this Natasha is a petty fool and an idiot. She is the owner of this turbine house. She watches every step. The toilet and shower are dirty and old. In general, I do not recommend this base.
