We got into a difficult situation, got sick before arrival. They called, tearfully asked to postpone it for the next weekend. Before that, they made 100% of the payment. And at unpopular times, in winter. The administration and the director did not understand the situation, although we had been there more than once before. Either the money will be burned, or come. During the virus, this is a very strange proposal. It's a shame that they did not meet halfway, they would not lose anything, there are always few guests! We will never contact again!
