Действительно приятное и качественное обслуживание! Всего-то хотел проконсультироваться по автомобилю Kia Rio указав свой номер на сайте ТТС - сразу перезвонил менеджер Рамиль Зарипов и все в мелочах рассказал и объяснил, чем убедил к покупке авто именно в этом салоне, так же курировал процесс подготовки,оплаты и выдачи автомобиля - за что премного благодарен! В салоне провели ~2 часа за которые автомобиль полностью подготовили к выдаче(мойка, установка зимней резины,сигналки, ковров в салон,защита и все дела) и оформили документы и осаго - очень быстро для воскресенья. Всем рекомендую

The security system was purchased and installed in the TTS dealer network. 1. By indirect indications of the manager Oleg Yakimov, it was clear that he was very unhappy that I addressed this problem under warranty to the service center. We got into the car with him, he frantically tried to start and stop the car in the car, but my car is equipped with a keyless entry function, so the car would not start and the security system worked. I watched with amazement his actions. After several attempts, I told him that we had to get out of the car, otherwise it would not work and we got out of the car. Already on the street, he started and drowned the car several times using the autostart function and gave me the alarm control panel, indicating that the car would start, there was no breakdown. Taking the remote control, I started up and muffled the car in front of him on my own three times from the security system remote control. For the fourth time, the car did not start, the alarm siren of the security system worked and the remote control also made a sound. After I demonstrated the breakdown, Oleg Yakimov with a displeased expression on his face finally agreed to issue a car for diagnostics. 2. When registering a car for entering the service area, Oleg Yakimov began to suggest that I contact the official dealer of the Starline security system manufacturer with this question, to this offer I replied that I was not going to contact Starline since the car alarm was purchased and installed from official dealer of TTS. 3. While waiting for the car to be handed over to diagnose the security system, I asked Oleg Yakimov if they would wash my car, to which he answered me with a smile: "So you came to wash the car for free?" To this question, I answered him that at the moment I spend my working time trying to get my car repaired and I have something to do, and besides, I can afford to spend 400 rubles on a car wash. 4. At the moment when I wanted to hand over the keys to my car, Oleg Yakimov told me: “If we don’t find the cause of the security system breakdown, then you will pay 630 rubles for diagnostics of electrical equipment”. I was shocked by such a statement from a service center employee! After all attempts to refuse warranty repairs, the last offer sounded like a promise to make a paid service instead of warranty repairs. I think this behavior of a service center employee is unacceptable. As a result, I refused to service the master because I consider him an incompetent specialist. 5. On the same day, I made a preliminary appointment at 14.10 at the Kia service center at Avtodoroga No. 1, Oryol Ring, Naberezhnye Chelny, Rep. Tatarstan, to the master Khairutdinov Marat. At the meeting Khairutdinov Marat calmly listened to my problem, understood everything, filled out the documents and took the car. After 20 minutes we met with him again and he handed me an already working car. It remained a mystery to me why Oleg Yakimov could not provide me with a similar service and the service that Khairutdinov Marat did for me. I would like to express my deep gratitude to Oleg Yakimov. In a week, I had to contact the SC TTS Kia twice. In both cases, I got to the master Oleg Yakimov. He listened carefully to the reason for the appeal. Took the vehicle, did not announce any amounts. He conducted the dialogue quite correctly, kindly and delicately. Also later I signed up for a tire fitting to this master. On October 25, I turned to SC Kia on the Oryol Ring, the reason was low tire pressure, the tire was deflated. I was sent there culturally, saying that everything is on record and if I have a record. I did not plan in advance that I would have a puncture on the wheel. Then I turned to Tufan, where I was also told that everything was by appointment. But the car was accepted, master Perederiy Nikita. I also want to express my gratitude to him. The guys stayed late at the end of working hours, but they fixed everything.

I bought a new car in your showroom on 08/04/2019 service standards. We installed parking sensors. After leaving the passenger compartment, the front 2 sensors were malfunctioning (it was raining) + the headlights were incorrectly adjusted. Upon repeated appeal (Ufa), after a while, the malfunction was not found, the headlights were not tuned, saying that it was not adjustable. It's a shame that the officials do not want or know how. Having watched the video on the Internet, the headlights set up themselves, the sensors were bought and replaced.

June 9 gave the car to repair the windshield, under warranty. They corrected their mistakes, before that they had not glued them correctly, because of which water got into the cabin. All torpedoes and wiring were wet. As a result, on June 10 he came to pick up the car, discovered two more chips on the glass and tore the decorative film on the door. It’s customary to repair one thing and break another. As a result, no one outside. They don’t know anything, it appeared by the wind. I do not recommend this service !!! The conflict is settled, the issue is resolved!
