Used dry cleaning for many years. There is a 10% discount. I was always happy. The last appeal shocked me. I bought a down jacket in the “Snow Queen” last winter, wore 1.5 months. Before the start of this season I decided to refresh. When issuing the receipt, 50% was worn out, although the sleeves were just a little dirty. They returned it as if I had worn it without taking it off for about 10 years. It was shabby, the ribbons on the hood were spoiled by a hole punch. The thing is ruined!

I have been using Diana dry cleaning services for a very long time. I rent both new things and those that have been worn for a long time. Recently I planted a stain on an expensive dress, immediately handed it over to dry cleaning. Trying to remove a stain at home will only make it worse, you’ll ruin everything. When I came to pick up the thing, it turned out that the stain had completely gone. I recently discovered that in Diana children's toys can be cleaned. Sister's daughter did not agree to clean her beloved teddy bear. He was so dusty that he turned brown from white) They took him to the "Diana" along with other plush toys. I’ve been cleaning clothes for 5 years in Diana. I handed over a snow-white summer dress on which there was an oil stain last month. The result after cleaning is simply amazing! Once again I say thank you to Diana!

I turn to Diana in case of emergency when I come across stubborn stains. They took out lipstick stains on my blouse, wine stains on my white skirt. But the receptionists warned me more than once that the sooner you bring the thing to them, the more likely it is that the stain will be removed. Advice to those who will apply: do not try to remove the stain yourself if in doubt, because after such an intervention, there is little chance that dry cleaning will help. I warn you, because I myself had a bitter experience and now I myself do not undertake this.

On Bogoslovsky per. 5 20.07 I gave 3 shirts for dry cleaning of "Diana". I ordered the delivery by courier. On the shirts removed stains, things began to look more fresh and somehow neater or something. Thank you for the quality work.
