Good hotel. Spacious bright room. Daily cleaning, change of towels and 2 bottles of water. Smart Wi-Fi. Friendly staff. Breakfast buffet. To the center - 20 minutes on foot or for 100 rubles by taxi. Cons: Poor soundproofing, listening behind the wall or snoring.
