The location of the cafe is not bad, good view. But unfortunately the service is terrible. The waiter cannot record an order in an elementary way. I forgot two dishes, plus the child brought cold juice, although they asked for warm. The second waiter that brought the dish didn’t know what she brought. When asked what it was, she answered, I don’t know, they asked me to just bring it. When we reminded the waiter about our order that she forgot to write down she said that there is an order from another table, we have to wait another hour. Like they have everything "from under the knife" .. and everything is in order of priority. And this despite the fact that the first hall is empty, there are two busy tables on the street. I have not seen such a terrible service for a long time. For the whole evening not a single napkin was removed from the table .. a dirty plate .. to ask for a bill, the waiter had to look for .. In general, the evening is ruined ...

The waiters seem to be hammering in the ears. The service is disgusting. Kitchen for 3 restaurants. If you want to spend a wonderful evening in a pleasant environment - this shit restaurant is not for you. A tent with a shawarma, which is not far from you will please you more. Verified.

The institution is located on the river bank and this is a huge plus, the food is delicious, but that’s where the advantages end! The waitresses do not do their job. There was a banquet, so neither dirty napkins, nor empty bottles and dishes, nobody cleaned the table.

I waited 40 minutes for pasta, considering that the institution was occupied by 3 tables. The pasta was brought with curled sauce and instead of bacon there was a semblance of brisket, the appearance does not inspire confidence. She asked to invite the manager, the girl who provided the service and the guy from the bar were looking for her for about 15 minutes. The manager came to replace the pasta. She looked a little better. A little later, the guys who obviously work there came up, brought coffee from the bar and sat down to watch football, the girl who served joined them along with the cleaner (a little further away) while there was terrible dirt in the institution. All the tables are in the cobwebs, in the toilet everything is covered in bloom. I wouldn't be surprised if there are cockroaches in the kitchen. In order to pay for the order, I had to get up and go to the same girl with a request for an invoice. If we had left and had not paid, no one would have noticed, the manager was sitting at the exit and was carried away by the phone. Don't go there and waste your time and health. If the owner of the cafe reads this review, I will be glad. And if he changes something (for example, the director of a cafe) and takes a knowledgeable person who cares. It will be great. Because the place is very well located. But due to the dirt and untrained staff, it's just a cesspool.
