I agree with the numerous negative reviews. We gave the carpet on 14.10. The carpet was returned clean, but without brushes on one side. I called, told about the problem, the dispatcher said that I myself was to blame, I gave them the old carpet. Which is quite logical, no one gives a new one from the store for cleaning. Moreover, I did not require a discount for the service, I did not refuse to pay the full cost, I said that there were damages after cleaning them and asked to restore the previous state. And yet, upon acceptance, the employee, without even unrolling the carpet, installed all possible damage on it. So, be more careful with them ... All this has been done in order to blame you in the event of damage to the carpet. They speak boorishly. In fact, there is no free return delivery, I had to go myself. In general, it would be better to give it to a regular sink, and cheaper and faster, and the carpet would be preserved.

There are no complaints about the service. Everything was done on time with high quality. The service is friendly.

We gave for cleaning a small rug, with a pile of medium length. As a result, they were taken away with a dirty edge (looks like machine oil), with pile dumped. Wouldn't recommend!

I want to share my impressions about the company. They gave the carpet to Carpet-Shine, delivered it in the same form and took it away. Stains that can be removed with a regular brush by hand, their equipment did not cope. The girl on the phone claimed only one thing that they have cameras And everything was erased, and so that there were no stains, you had to pay extra. There is one answer for all. And the fact that the carpet was not given to the dry cleaner for free, it’s just that probably. For 3150 rubles, they rolled the carpet around the city, after 2.5 weeks they returned it to the same condition as given. DO NOT RECOMMEND TO CONTACT THIS COMPANY !!!

Disgusting. I decided to call in and hand over the mat after work. The site says that they work until 22-00, but since we know which country we live in, I specifically called and found out that they work until 19-00. Arrived 10 minutes before closing - oops, the door is already closed. I called the administrator - "Oh, and we are already closed!" How so, I say, you told me before seven? "Our manager has already left ... just now ..." What does the manager have to do with it, I think ... "Can you wait 15 minutes?" In general, with this attitude, I did not dare to contact them.
