Today I visited a store in Yegoryevsk and was very disappointed !!! In the hall, not one consultant was visible to whom a question could be asked. Then, when I caught the girl and turned to her with a question about the product that I wanted to buy, but I did not hear an adequate answer and they did not even offer me help. Then, when we walked to the checkout counter, this same girl was pointing with our finger towards us, the cashier, a young guy. I have not seen such an attitude towards customers in more than one Sportmaster store, I always dressed my family in Orekhovo-Zuevo, there are simply awesome consultants. Earlier, when in Yegoryevsk, the store was in another place, too, had to dress there and the attitude was good. I won’t go to this store for anything else.
