The gray down-feather blanket was just wet, there was a flood at home, it was soaked through and through, and there were problems with it. It returned with a strong smell of a burnt feather, flat, tough, I was convinced that the smell would disappear completely in a day, but no, the smell of burnt was so strong that I turned to rub it off, although I understand that if the feather is spoiled, but there is little sense in this ... It was returned today after repeated washing and the result is unsatisfactory. Today the manager assured me that it smelled like a cat, as if I didn't know my things. They don't want to return the money, they won't do me 600 rubles, but the work sucks, I'm sorry. The bed linen came back, it felt like it was just ironed, because it was originally clean, but it smelled like the previous rinse aid, and I wanted it to be washed and felt the freshness of the washed linen. Clothes - blouses, the dress came back with the smell of their detergents, which suggests that the bed linen was not washed. They offered to wash something with them for the amount of the claim, but I will not contact them anymore. I give a low mark for lying.
