They tried to hand over the suit to a dry-cleaner (worn a couple of times) before the wedding of friends, seeing 75% wear, severe pollution, etc. in the receipt. forced the receptionist to show where she found wear and stains on the new thing .... She certainly didn’t find it and suggested putting 50% wear, we did not agree, deciding what to prove later (after paying for their "service") that they ruined the thing , we do not want. We’ll no longer come close to this dry cleaning. Dry cleaning in Samara, in Mega.

Disgusting service! In response to well-grounded complaints about the quality of cleaning, the receiver begins to raise her voice and be rude, and while you write a review in the complaints book, she will discuss you with her goods. I will never recommend anyone contacting Bleu de France.
