Everything is terrible. I gave my dear down jacket, now there is no fluff. The result was a summer raincoat. Do not trust your clothes with this dry cleaning service.

Gave two black sweaters, got sweaters as if after 10 washes, worn home sweaters are now brighter in color than after dry cleaning. Horror!!!
