I bought a tent from them, there were no problems. After that I also decided to buy a gas burner, the price was slightly cheaper than everywhere else. I ordered it on Monday, the manager called, said that he was not available, but he would arrive on Friday from the supplier. I planned to use it on the weekend. On Friday, silence, I call myself, the manager says, she did not come, it will be next Wednesday. I am indignant, I ask "will it be on Wednesday exactly? Will it not work that I call on Wednesday and she will not be there again?" to which I receive a negative answer and an apology for such a force majeure.
