The most terrible dry cleaning in the world)) They ruined our down jacket, threw it out after the service, we also paid money for it! I gave my husband's down jacket, they said a period of 5 days! I arrived in 5 days, they said no, tomorrow. The husband came the next day, they said that they did not do it. The fluff inside has deteriorated during this time, and I was confronted with the fact of either writing that I do not mind that it will be processed and that it may deteriorate or just throw it away. I wrote a consent, after 8 days I received a down jacket, all the down fell down, my husband wore 2 times, throw it away! Very surprised by this situation! And more that I myself had to call out and clarify what was wrong with my down jacket! No one even apologized for the situation! Nothing to do with it! The service is terrible !, although the network! Extremely discouraged! Service and a damaged down jacket! Dry cleaners said they couldn’t help! I wanted to write a review, there should be a book of complaints, but they don’t! I hope people will see my review and will not waste their nerves and spoil things in this place! I also hope that managers will contact me for an apology for the situation 9/581 tag number
