The main and major problem with this movie theater is discrepancy in its price policy, i.e. there are occasions when the ticket prices indicated on its official website and their actual prices do not correspond with each other. And the cashiers often don't know or pretend not to know the price information on their own website. I had such awkward situations happen to me personally several times when I visited the place. The cashiers can even outright lie to you naming the higher ticket price while the price table behind them shows another, lower price for the same movie and time slot! And they explain it with some kind of nonsense like "we just received a call from the upper management and they told us to correct the price for this particular movie"! It's laughable and unacceptable for an establishment providing payable services. I can only imagine what kind of prices they have for foreigners who don't speak or understand Russian. So, dear foreign customers, be forewarned about such shady practices existing in different public places in the capital of Russia. Also, many people giving this movie theater a high rating confuse it with the entertainment center called Mozaic where it's located, since parking, cafes, and elevators are not related to the services provided by the movie theater itself. The seats, the screen and the picture/sound quality are all average, nothing special or something you can't find at other similar places. Главный жирный минус, в связи с которым к/т-у присваивается рейтинг 1*/5*, -- неоднократные случаи несоответствия между ценами на сеансы, указанными на официальном сайте к/т, и их реальной стоимостью. Т.е. либо ценовая информация на сайте намеренно вводит в заблуждение потенциальных клиентов, либо сотрудники касс в самом к/т лгут и завышают стоимость билетов. Все подобные случаи касаются дневных сеансов в будние дни. Но поскольку с проблемой сталкиваюсь неоднократно, предполагаю, что это взаимосвязано и уже становится тенденцией. Единственный несомненный плюс -- относительная близость расположения ТРЦ, в котором находится данный к/т, от места проживания, и, как следствие, удобство прибывания в него. Но это отнюдь не заслуга к/т, а скорее стечение обстоятельств.

I was watching imax "Pandas 3D" here , imax, everything was nice. Popcorn and snacks are on the second floor, coffee shop and tickets are on the first.

Good picture and sound quality. Especially comparing to many Moscow cinemas that are far from city center
