Great theater with indoor access from the metro (Lubyanka). Has original language movies. Restaurants on same floor (6th). Concessions including neer available.

Located on the 6th floor of the Central Children Store. There are 7 cinema halls, tickets are available in both ticket office and automatic terminals

I think ticket girl does have problem with her salary.. You may need to provide better conditions to her which can make her be more polite against customers. Damn guys your seats sucks! Install more wider and more modern ones with more leg spaces! I needed to change my seat after sitting to a broken one.I do not want to feel the elbow of the guy sitting next to me on my ribs. Or mine on his. Your seats are not for big guys over 1.90m and 100 kgs. Leg space, makes you feel as if you are on a budget flight but you are a 2m long person. Also screen and sound quality compared to the movie theaters of other countries with equal ticket prices are far behind in quality. But this is not an issue only with Formula theaters, many other movie theaters are the same. Moscowits deserve much better theaters.

Nice movie theatre that also shows undubbed films with subtitles. Conveniently located in the Central Children's Store.
