Basement with windows. Not luxurious, but comfortable. Three rather spacious rooms, two of them with a mirror wall, a small wardroom, the main part of which is a large table equipped with everything necessary for tea drinking, and a small black theater hall for four ascending rows of spectators. (Unfortunately, the backstage space is small and does not have access to another room). In his free time from the numerous children's and teenage groups, all this wealth can be rented in parts for peaceful adult activities (trainings, theater rehearsals and playback performances). In the small entrance hall there is also a small “reception”, where the housekeeper on duty usually lives, with whom you can solve rental and dummies. You can run from the Krasnopresnenskaya-Barrikadnaya metro station, along Bolshaya Gruzinskaya, for about 15-20 minutes from Belorusskaya for about the same amount.
