This suggests that the administration of this godforsaken bararaoke does not correctly understand what a “deposit” is and how services are provided in a depository way. They couldn’t put us at the table three times — they drove us from the main hall to karaoke and vice versa. 2. The bar menu, we waited about 20 minutes. 3. We paid the deposit and made an order, brought the cocktails about an hour later, and there was no food. As a result, for 2 hours companies from 10 people brought cocktails and one Caesar salad! We also immediately ordered 2 burgers, which we did not bring in 3 hours! 4. We repeatedly asked the waitress to bring us an order, she just listened to us and left. Although the company, which arrived an hour later than us, had already taken out the entire order. 5. I asked the manager (woman) to make out a book of complaints and suggestions, to which she said that she would go look for her, as a result, we did not see either her or the book of complaints. We were helped by manager Konstantin, who was at the bar. He immediately gave us a book of complaints and suggestions. 6. Since everyone in our company brought food after 2.5 hours, and there were no burgers within 3 hours, we asked to cancel the order and return the money. Because we already had to leave. This problem was again solved by Konstantin, who personally transferred money from us for burgers from his card. For which HUGE THANKS to him !!! The only person who took action to solve our problem. 7. And still no one at our entire company HAS CHECKED PASSPORTS, although we ordered alcoholic drinks.
