When we arrived at the cinema (around 19-40), half an hour before the show at 19-45 we received a letter with information that the show had been canceled for technical reasons, and again, HALF an hour before, we were notified that the show would not take place, not transferred to another room, do not wait a little or some kind of voucher for the time and money spent, incl. on gasoline, but most importantly, it's wasted time, is this generally considered normal? That is, if I canceled the order, then the money would be withheld from me for it, but from the side of the cinema everything is fine, no one even apologized, at the box office they simply said: "you were warned in advance" in advance ??? seriously ??? in half an hour??? when everything was already planned and arrived in advance, not all people live within a 5-minute walk from the cinema. We were hoping to have a good time, for the first time in your "beautiful" cinema, but we will not go here again, and I will discourage everyone whenever possible.

Awful cinema! Canceled the session 30 minutes before the start (sent an email) when we were already on the way. When they came to the cinema and still did not know about the cancellation, they did not even apologize to us, they said: "Well, what's wrong with that, the money will be returned to you." As a result, we wasted our time on the road, gasoline, parking and now wait for a refund within 10 banking days. I sincerely do not recommend this cinema unless you want to ruin your evening!
