The clerk at the cinema is not particularly customer-friendly. They came up, greeted, asked about the upcoming sessions that were indicated on the tablets above, not only did he not say hello, apparently we distracted him from the conversation with his friend (he was standing next to the counter), so when asked about the next session, he simply poked his finger at the screen behind the counter. I put one star because this moment ruined the evening. He treated us like we owe him. A huge minus for the service.

We were at the show at 22: 20, yesterday, the film "Breaking Bad" (many of you watched the series). Parking nearby is free. Public transport nearby (buses). There is an entrance for people with disabilities (in the form of an elevator). Tickets cost one hundred rubles (almost free :) popcorn from 300 to 510 rubles. The toilet is relatively clean, although there was no soap. There were not many people in the hall, about 14 people, crawling, taking into account the fact that some of the seats were closed for landing. The chairs are comfortable, the back rests on them, the armrest with a cup holder, one reclines back after one. The hall is small, 8 rows, ~ 12 seats. We are talking about hall number two.

The hall, screen, sound and chair are good! But the staff at the checkout is awful! Immediately prejudiced attitude! The girl is insanely toxic! I clarified about the price of tickets for the 1st row, and I was sent to make a purchase at the terminal, so the ticket office cannot sell tickets. And there is only one terminal, with a bad sensor and an incomprehensible interface, and of course with a queue, lost 5-7 minutes on this. The manager should pay attention to the employees at the checkout, if the attitude does not change next time I will put "one star"!
