Administrator boorish and liar. I brought laundry 30.03.19., I have been using their services for a long time. Previously, an elderly woman was working, kind, pleasant and sensitive. This time, a hot brunette, about 45 years old, who is constantly rude, came to the administrator. Prior to that, I got nasty with my mom in the last visit, and me in the past. In the wash there were pillows and blankets and linen. Three laundry paid, the fourth (as 6th) was on the card for free. She argued that the free does not act on the blankets. Well, wash the laundry. Left her things and left with a spoiled mood. Took the next day. They gave a guy and a girl, polite and attentive. I thought not to write a negative review about the rudeness of a burning madam because of them. Termination: in one bag the pillow and blanket are not washed at all !!! What did I pay this administrator for? To be honest, I'm shocked by her attitude towards clients.

wonderful staff at Kaluga! We went forward and washed two small vests as one downy product. The other offices were not so welcoming. The quality is excellent, the fluff fluffed out great. I took the finished the next day. Very satisfied, I recommend!

Now there is a wonderful woman in the laundry at Volgina, 4. Service and attitude is just 5+. Very nice when such a good attitude.
