Very helpful lady working here. She made sure the machines were operating properly and got my stuff clean and ready for further travel through Russia. Very good price for the wash/dry/fold service.

Terrible, just disgusting service. I arrived at the laundry at 9 pm, it would seem an hour before closing and you can start washing for at least 25-30 minutes. My aunt (you can't call her a woman) yelled at me because I arrived late, but still started the wash. I asked her if I could wait for the couch to finish washing (it is definitely for customers). In response, she was refused and was forced to wait 30 minutes in the cold. The employee was not wearing a mask. No more foot here.
I tried this service for the first time and was scientifically surprised.
The quality of the wash is good. The laundry smells good. Inexpensive.
