Very bad dry cleaning for me. I handed over my coat, spoiled it: the edge of the coat came off, stubbornly. I handed over my winter jacket, so that's another story altogether. The employee who hosted it said that only hand washing is allowed. The technologist said that only dry cleaning is possible, no washing is allowed. I called the manufacturer, he confirmed that a delicate wash in a washing machine is possible without problems. How can you entrust a thing to such a dry cleaner, if the employees don't even know how to take care of it? .. One thing I know for sure, I will not go to this dry cleaner anymore.
