I am very sorry that I turned to them. It has been a year and a half since they gave our family Soviet carpet to this "dry cleaning". Initially, it was just a little dusty, never lying on the floor, almost a new carpet. Immediately a little on the phone alerted a woman - rude, clearly not interested in work. But they bribed the terms (which they could not stand: 3.5 weeks instead of the promised 2x) and the price. It took several weeks of waiting, my calls and annoyed communication in the spirit of "get off do not interfere with work." The carpet was brought, packed, raw ... When they turned it around to dry it, a stench went off. A mixture of dirty rags and dogs. A month and a half, he froze on the balcony. Then they drove to the cottage in the hope of washing it there and ventilating it. All summer under rains, sun and winds, and this terrible smell is still felt. I do not advise you to contact this company.
