Why be dishonest? This is my second time having to write this since it was mysteriously deleted! Dear Kino, you do not have disabled toilets, you do not have ANY disabled facilities whatsoever, you have giant flights of stairs to get into each film, then further stairs down to get down to row 1, which coincidentally is the row you TOLD ME TO BUY A TICKET FOR ON THE PHONE EARLIER!!!!! So why are you lying on also Google descriptions? I could have gone to another cinema although there are only 2 others showing this film that also said they were accessible. You aren't, you also have incredibly rude staff, the security guard who laughed in my face telling me, "не знаю пойдем дом". Нет No I will not leave and "go home" . The least you could do is your job! Which unfortunately for me is being humiliated again by having to get carried by people who are laughing at me while losing my gloves and just acting like I am the lazy inconvenience, when it really is the other way around. I paid for two tickets too not because of translation problems but because their website is нет работы. I'll review your poorly dubbed version of an amazing film later, but ever heard of subtitles? And they call us lazy. You all are giggling at a film you do not have much of a clue about, you who laugh and want to shoo me away so you can come in here and pretend you understand the complexity of a film that dubbing ruins! Clueless sheeple! Thanks again Mr Mayor, hope you are super proud that your newly constructed cinema never even thought to include Invalids and then lies to them, God only knows why, so we all learn our lesson and never leave our rooms???? Get a grip on reality, we aren't the lazy, inconvenience that would be your workers who refused to do their job! The best part is don't bother buying water because it's like being in a plane, stay dehydrated, because no one comes to make sure you have everything you need or if God forbid you have to use the toilet ... Peeesdetsss!
