Отсутствие эскалатора, кинотеатр находится на 3 этаже, во время одного из сеансов в зале был незначительный мусор, очень приветливый и вежливый персонал, в целом кинотеатром доволен, хорошее качество звука и видео.

Everything is well audible went with my daughter to the cartoon trolls. We liked the world tour and the quality is good, they watched 2D, great! I liked my daughter too.

For a small town like Mozhaisk, the cinema is great! Three halls: a small one with 22 seats and two large ones with 126 seats each. I mostly go with a child, unfortunately, it rarely happens to "adult" films)) The chairs are comfortable, the sound is good, the staff is polite. The only thing I would like to note as a small minus is that you can’t enter the hall with your food and some water, it would be nice)

Made a purchase of tickets online. In time for the session did not have time. We understood this somewhere an hour before the start. We tried to make a ticket refund through the official website, but of course nothing came of it. One action algorithm is written, but half of the functions are not on the site. As a result, nothing came of it. After about 10 minutes, they tried to get through to the reception, but either the “number is incorrect”, then “not available”, then they simply threw off. We called all the numbers that were found on the site. As a result, they got through, but we were told that these were our problems, tickets were bought online, so they can’t cancel / refund or at least transfer to the next session. Then we began to call those support, but there they already told us that it was too late to make a return. I understand that there is one cinema in the city, you can do whatever you want, but I'm sorry, you can somehow relate to such cases and the situation is more attentive, and not so crested. This leaves a lot of negative emotions.
